Because of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the Canada and Quebec governments have put in place several temporary measures to limit the propagation including the interdiction to held events and the closing of the national borders. Thus, the conference planned in June 2020 is POSTPONED to May 10-14 2021. 

The Local Organizing Committee developed a continuity plan about submitted abstracts and registrations.

Authors

If you are an author and you already submitted an abstract, it will remain in our system and will be considered for the technical program. You don't have to do anything unless you wish to withdraw your abstract from the conference. You can withdraw your contribution(s) until February 1st, 2021 by filling the CANCELLATION REQUEST below.

Please note that you can also edit your contribution (abstract, add/remove authors, affiliation) until February 1st, 2021 and upload a short or full paper until May 5, 2021 by login to https://www.conftool.org/cigr2020/ .

The organizing committee decided to re-open the abstract submission period until February 1st, 2021. Thus, you can submit new abstracts or invite your colleague to do so athttps://www.conftool.org/cigr2020/ .

 

Registered Participants

If you already register to the conference, your registration will remain in our system and will be valid for the postponed event in May 2021. If the registration fee changes, the difference will be refunded. No fee will be charged if there is an increase. 

However, if you can no longer participate in the conference, we invite you to cancel your registration before August 31st, 2020 by filling the CANCELLATION REQUEST below. A full refund will be made minus the original payment processing fee (about 3%). Our standard cancellation policy will apply for cancellation request received after August 31st, 2020.

Note that cancelling your meeting registration does not cancel your hotel reservation; you must cancel directly with the hotel.
